Pat- Definitely feels cold. The interplay of the ice frozen beneath moving water, or it appears that way, is very interesting. I also a see a stronger horizontal image in this if cropped a bit from top and bottom. The crop eliminates the stick and open space at bottom and accents the repeating lines and patterns in the center of the image. Just a though but still nice as is.
